Shepherd’s Hut

A unique way to stay.

 

Stay on our traditional 1,400-acre working family farm.

Dolly is the original Shepherds Hut converted by Sue’s husband Nick. It is the next step from camping with the bare essentials, to stay a few days you will need to sort out cooking arrangements. It has a small double bed a little wood burner (not suitable for cooking) and a drop down table with two chairs to eat in if it’s cold. On a cosy night in front of the fire there are dominoes and a couple of other games.

An outside table is supplied and sole use of one of our individual toilet cabins with a shower, WC and wash/wash basin.

Amenities Information

  • Dolly is let without linen, you will need to provide your own sleeping bag/pillow.

  • There are NO cooking facilities provided.

Weekend Policies

  • Minimum at weekends: 2 Nights (Either Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday)

  • Easter & Bank Holidays: 3 Nights stay minimum and payment in FULL.

Check-In Information

  • Arrivals: Mon – Sat only, from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm

  • Departure: Please vacate by 11.00 am

Campsite Facilities

We have super individual units per pitch with modern camping facilities on-site: one clean flushing loo, one hot shower and washing up / basin facilities for sole use.

These will be maintained and cleaned to a high standard for your arrival and following your departure.
