We are a unique family farm with a 100 years of history, nestled in the hills of the South Downs , in the heart of the Meon Valley. We are equal distance from Winchester, Portsmouth and Chichester and easily accessible from all major transport links by rail or road.

It is a peaceful location ideal for walking , cycling or just having a short break. Petersfield market town is 5 miles away where there are local restaurants and a large variety of individual High Street Shops. For those not wishing to go too far the local George Inn provides an interesting and varied menu of good quality.

Portsmouth is 20 minutes by car and has an extensive Maritime History which includes HMS Warrior and HMS Victory, the less keen might prefer some shopping at the outlet at Gun Wharf keys where there is a wide selection of shops and restaurants. It has excellent links to cross Channel ferries and the Isle of Wight.

Winchester is also 20 minutes away again steeped in History with King Arthur’s Round table, we also have several National Trust Houses in the area as well as the home of Jane Austin and Gilbert White.

If you just wish to visit and enjoy the countryside we are half a mile from the South Downs Way and have a selection of other superb walks within the area. With Queen Elizabeth Country Park the other side of the valley.

The family are also full of local knowledge and will happily share it if time is spare.
